Over the past few months, the MITY committee has teamed up with Wimmera Primary Care Partnership Inc. and the Rural Outreach Program to deliver services over a 6 month trial period to our region.

The program is designed to improve the health and wellbeing of community members who are struggling to deal with tough times in their lives and support them to get help through service navigation and collaboration with a network of local services.

A team from the Rural Outreach Program will be at training this Thursday evening. Feel free to invite anyone you feel may be interested or could benefit from chatting to them.
